Capsicums are related to tomatoes and chillies, and are also known as bell peppers and sweet peppers. Low in calories and rich in vitamin C, we source and dry second grade capsicums that aren’t the right shape, saving them from being potentially wasted. The slow drying process maintains the natural fibre and nutrients of the capsicums, making them available all year round.
