Blood oranges are known for their vibrant colour and dark flesh - they get their beautiful colour from compounds known as anthocyanins. At Fine Fettle, we slice and dry second grade blood oranges which are too ugly or abundant, saving them from being potentially wasted. The slow drying process maintains the natural fibre and nutrients of the fruit, making it available all year round.
