Good Gut Green Smoothie
Serves 2 (makes one large smoothie)
Prep time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 stalk celery, cut into 2cm pieces
- 1/2 Lebanese cucumber, cut into quarters
- 1 banana
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 Tbsp Extra Veg Good Gut
- 1 cup coconut water
Method
- Using a high speed blender (e.g. Nutribullet), blend all ingredients until smooth
Tips:
- For a thinner consistency, add more coconut water
- If you prefer a sweeter flavour, add maple syrup or preferred sweetener before blending
