As our items are food products, we do not receive returns, and we do not accept change of mind requests.

FAULTY PRODUCTS
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not meet your order, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Please contact our friendly staff on 02 9648 4492 or email us at friends@finefettle.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your stock.

Help to provide us with your order number, description of damage, photos of the product and supply us with the best before date on the item.  

We will work towards resolving the issue together.
