The goodness of fresh Aussie veggies, made easy. Our Helpful Harvest Mushroom Risotto Veggie Mix is made with 100% Australian vegetables including mushrooms, peas, onions and spring onions. Grown and picked in season, the vegetables are chopped and gently air dried to retain their natural flavour and goodness, ready to make adding more veggies to your meals wonderfully simple.

Rehydrate in hot water, drain and add to your mushroom risotto as you would fresh vegetables, or simply add the mix straight into your risotto with a little extra water or stock. One pack provides a minimum of four adult serves of vegetables and can also be added to pasta bakes, casseroles and soups for an easy veggie boost.
